Indicator side repeaters

People I'm having a problem remembering all the updates for the 330 (probably my age).
Could some kind soul explain to me why some 01 330s I've looked at have the side repeaters in the higher position and yet some 02's and 03's have them in the lower position - like on the 00's. Did they change the position back again?
This is on UK cars.
Thank you

Sedans got the facelift in MY02. Coupes in MY04.

choxor I read that more than once but things don't seem to sink in.

Icoleman, that might explain it :-)

Actually it doesn't - there's an 01 with the repeaters high up on autotrader UK at the moment. Maybe the UK is different? Unless they're using a dodgy picture.

Thanks guys!

Could be a typo, could be different in the UK.
