WTB e46 M3 East of the Mississippi

Cash in hand and will be flying to pick it up in person.
I have found multiple deals for around 15K, so I know there are some nice ones out there for that price. However, for a well maintained example, I'm willing to go up to 18k.

Looking for 6spd but will consider SMG (Never driven, not sure how I'd like it.)

Will consider all colors, but White is at the top of my list.

Absolutely hate grey interior colors, but will consider if I feel it's a good deal for the car.

Mileage isn't as much of a concern as long as there are documented records on higher mileage vehicles.
