Foggy headlight...

Is there any way I can clean up the inside of my headlight without having to replace the whole assembly? There isn't condensation, it's just foggy on the inside. The outside isn't scratched at all. Help??

I know the facelift coupe headlights are sealed. The other ones are just as easy to remove the clips and pull the lenses.
