You guys are the lucky ones, or it may be due to your intense levels of activity. I work a desk job mon-fri 9-5, but I lift weights heavy mon-tue, thu-fri, as well as play ice hockey 1 or 2 times a week... I would consider that a moderate level of activity... yet I need to monitor this stuff carefully or my fat gain gets out of control.
After gaining high levels of fat (10-15 lbs for a trade off of maybe 3-5 lbs of muscle) during last two years of bulking, I'm taking the macros very seriously this year to avoid the same mistake. The health benefits of removing refined carbohydrates from your diet is a discussion for another day I think

On a typical work day, aside from the hustle & bustle of on-the-job activity, I hit the gym (..mainly compound stuff) and train Capoeira. There are also nights where I'll teach Capoeira after work. Capoeira is my main source of cardio and muscle endurance/stamina. It's also the activity that most directly influences my flexibility. I'm always on the go!

I didn't have time either... which blows because its hard enough to get 3200+ let alone when you are already missing the usual 600 in the morning.
