will this work?

Call me a dumbass, but I'm not sure what I need here. Does it matter what side this piece fits, pass vs. driver? My driver side headlamp burned out and I need to replace the bulb and the piece that connected to it. Not sure if I need more than that or not. I attached a pic of what I've got (or had).

Feel free to give a call if you'd like. 912... 309... 1832... I'll take a $60 fix if I can get it.
