Decided to add some random new pictures that i have on my phone and that i took last night. On a few of the pictures that is my car on the lowest setting of the coilovers front and rear, and those are the ones i took for my buddy cuz he was curious what it would look like at the "slammed" settings lol. Enjoy, weather is still horrible but when it clears ill take new ones with the slotted rotors.

Saw this car in the ZHP thread - asked about the tire sizes and found them here At any rate - great looking car. I am in the process of getting my ZHP cleaned-up and this is great motivation. thanks for sharing the pics - especially of the coby wheel. I am sending mine in on Friday!

I'm not very good at taking photos but ill def use the digital camera. I got rear spacers coming in on friday so ill take some pictures regardless.

I'm mega impressed with your detailing work. Can you PM me your list of products, or some kind of guide? I love "trying" to detail my car, but am ready to take it from basic pep boys products to the next level.

Thanks man, its alot of work but it pays off. Ill pm you right now with some information. For everyone one else I just got the flu and im pretty sick but the rear spacers are here and hopefully ill be better sometime this week with update and new pics.

lol Thanks for the compliments. As for the Detailing it may get kinda tricky explaining the process of how i do it and especially without pictures. Ill pm you and answer any questions as best as i can though.

You should pick up a book about investments and no where in that book will it say that a car is an investment. Perhaps the OP purchased the car so he can simply enjoy it. Even if he's not going to drive the car for a year he'll still be modding and addressing maintenance issues. I hate when people are in the market for cars and right away think of ways they can resell and unload the car. I buy my weekend cars based on enjoyment, I purchase my dailys based on reliability. For investments I throw my money into other things.

However I have always be really picky about how my paint looks on my vehicles and just learned to always drive the car with microfibers but I would always get swirls and it really bugged me. So this is what I did... First buy yourself a porter cable 7424xp. It's a really safe user friendly power polisher and it's what I use. Then do some searching on google or autogeek.com and learn the basics of paint correction and also search YouTube about how to make section passes and so forth. I have found great results so far using the me guitars m105/m205 combo with the polisher using the orange pad with 105, then use the white pad with 205 and that will give you a nice finish followed by hand wax of your juice. Remember different colored bads or more or less abrasive so you'll have to play with the pads depending on what color your car is. Hope that helps let me know if you have any questions.

You and I have a lot in common !! I absolutely love the porter cable. Ive messed around with a few other buffers but the PC was my favorite to work with. The Meguiars is a great combo, the 105 and 205 work flawlessly. I usually use the Eizenett Glanz Wax (sp?) and it will give my white car that wet showroom look. I would ditch the microfiber towel for drying and get a cheap leaf blower. With all of those products on the car the water will literally sheet away once the air from the blower hits it.

I have a hard time seeing swirls on my car while I was performing paint correction. I had to buy a hologen lamp and that really helped me out.
