My Ride: 1998 M3 Cab
CT: iSimple iPod/iPhone Interface - Three Months Old - $100

I'm selling my three month old iSimple iPod/iPhone interface because I just got an Android phone and I can't use this anymore. In my opinion this is one of the best interfaces out there (I also had one in my old TL) because it charges all iDevices (iTouch, iPod and all iPhones up to the 4S) and it allows you to control the device through the factory stereo (if your car has steering wheel controls you can use those as well) and will display track info on the factory display of cars with the BMW Business CD players. On earlier stereos, for example the one in my 98 M3 (C43), you can still control the iPod from it, but it will not display track info. The unit is NOT compatible with the iPhone 5, iDrive cars or those equipped with DSP.

To install the unit you simply unplug the harness that goes into the factory CD changer (if you don't have one you just plug it into the pre-wired harness in the trunk) and plug it into the interface box, then you just run the connection cable up to the front of the car. Took me fifteen minutes to install it in my car.

As I said, the unit is only three months old and I paid $179 +tax for it from Best Buy, selling for $100 because I now need to buy something to connect my Andriod phone so I can have my music in the car. Unit will come with the original box and the manual.

PM me or email justin@enthusiastrevolution.net if interested and I can ship it anywhere in the ConUS if needed.
