Teeth Whitening Strips?

Anyone w/ experiences w/ different brands?

I am using Crest 3-D White pro level 4 (!!!) w/ stuppersticky pads, it's a 20 day treatment, I am on like day 7-9.

It's legit man. I guess I was a prime candidate for these as the years of coffee and cigs along with other unhealthy but thoroughly euphoric substances left my pearly whites, let's just say, not that white.

You notice results on the 3rd day and it goes subtle but noticeably whiter and brighter. Now I am not sure if this is a bleaching or cleaning/lifting of existing stains, but uhhhh it seems to work. Everyone notices

I'm using the same one, I just hate how sensitive my teeth get, I've had to skip a few days between treatments.

I found those made my teeth very sensitive. They just bleach you enamel, which only lasts a couple months at the most. In your case, with coffee and cigarettes, expect it to not last very long.

It's always best to have your teeth professionally whitened if you want a quality uniformed job done. However, that does cost a few hundred bucks.

I used the earlier crest whitestrips ... like 30 days one
My teeth stayed white and bright for well over a year
I continued to get comments about how white my teeth were more than a year after I had gone through the strips
But then again I don't smoke or drink coffee so I am sure that helped

I tried to use one of the advanced formula ones but I think it made my teeth much more sensitive than the original ones

I'll try them out and report back, daily smoking and coffee ruined my choppers.

These were the best.

They were so cheap back in the day, now you pay the same price for half as much for the exact same amount of hydrogen peroxide.

Just make sure they have 10% hydrogen peroxide and you're golden. Also brush your teeth/rinse your mouth with OTC hydrogen peroxide (3%) in before brushing with paste. Helps a ton.

I just use the whitening mouthwash, gives you a natural looking whitening rather than clear teeth that look retarded on most people

I stopped drinking coke and sodas in general about a year ago. Over the past few months I have been astonished at how white my teeth have become (just naturally) without applying anything on my teeth aside from regular brushing and flossing daily. All those fizzy drinks take their toll on your teeth in the long run.

My Ride: Something Slow
I swore crest came out with a new whitening toothpaste and rinse. I was going to try that before going to strips.

Any good whitening (or stain removing) toothpastes...I was thinking starting with that and a good rinse.
