Bolt Bus/Amtrak

Has anyone ever taken the Bolt Bus? I was thinking of taking it from DC to NYC this weekend. I have to be in DC on Friday (have a ride down with a friend) and want to be in NYC on Saturday. I will take the train from NYC back to Wilmington, DE on Sunday. The question is has anyone taken or would recommend the Bolt Bus, or would strictly stick with Amtrak. The cost difference is about $100.

FYI: I would typically drive everywhere I go, but driving to DC, to NYC, then back to Delaware, seems a bit excessive.

Ive taken it many times and its pretty good. Bolt/Vamoos are all about the same. Relatively comfy, clean and cheap. Free wifi is nice but spotty. Train is the best but its expensive from DC to NY, but if you want to save a C note, take the Bolt...

I've taken Bolt and Megabus and Peter Pan. Bolt is more reliable than the three. The last time I rode Megabus it was an hour late. I like taking the bus because I can using the money I save towards hotel cost and shopping or partying.

I'd definitely pick the bolt bus just to save the money. They're pretty decent and reliable imo

Thanks all I think I'm gonna go with te bolt bus, I feel kinda scrubbish but oh well. $25 is better then $136 is the best I get with decent times on Amtrak.
