Missing stuff for my headlights. What do I need?

As some of you know I bought a depo headlight set from a member but he didnt send everything. It was supposed to come with cables for the angel eyes and HID kit. Below is what I got, what am I missing to make this work? I see the bulbs are missing for one.

So I need bulbs for this right? The depo headlight casing says d2s.

What does this plug into/what is it for?

What other wiring would I need to wire in the HID kit and the halogen angel eyes?

Need some help guys.. what am I missing? Can anyone take some pictures of their depo headlights so I can see wth I got.
