Umnitza orion v2 Night controller yes or no?

Hey guys I am about to buy the orion v2 angel eyes for my 2004 m3 and I am wondering if I should get the night controller or not? Is it worth the extra 40 dollars? Will it affect anything? I want everyone to see My angel eyes why would I want them at 70%?

im not really quite sure what youre getting at, like when youre driving? i dont have a night controller, but you can also wire then to fade in/out when you lock/unlock your car. i had mine wired so when i turn the ignition to position 1 the lights come on and when i turn off my car they shut off automatically after a little while.

Srry I wasn't clear my question is are they really that bright that I would need to buy the night controller to dim them down? Will I get problem from the police or will I blind other drivers?

haha they are bright but not to the point where youll be blidning people, cops never gave me any hassle, i have orion V2s, so no you will not need to dim them down

I don't think you should, I just installed mine last week (ddmtuning...they were dropped shipped from asia, could have gone to ebay and saved $50bux) anyhow, like Saku said they won't be blinding, and i've also wired mine like his as with most...on when interior lights are on and fade out when the lights go out and wired it to the remote button.

On an unrelated note, to go well with angel eyes, what color are your corners? Ie stock clear with orange, smoked with orange, stock clear with super white etc i can't decide which looks best

To sum it up, they are just trying to rook you for 40 bucks

Mine are clear with orange right now but I am planing on getting the smoked ones.

I have the Orion v2 multi-colored lights and they're bright enough so you can see them during the day but not blinding at night. No need for the dimmers.

No you don't need them. They aren't blinding at night, and bright enough to see in the day. Just a waste of 40 bucks. The brighter the better!

Dd you guys install them your selfs or professionally? Also what color did you guys get I'm thinking about K6000

I went for smoked yellow LED corners, they look great and modern. Smoked LED side markers as well. It really ties together with the LED tails.

i had mine installed by one of my friends buddies, and i got 6K

Clear corners with stealth bulbs!

hmmm and I Just ordered mine with a Night controller before seeing this post lol. Anyone looking for a night controller? lol. I think the controller will be a nice edition. I will see exactly how it works when I recieve it.
