Question CEL Secondary Air System Flow Too Low after Valve Cover Gasket change 19 44 F5 F6

I changed my valve cover gasket two days ago - today CEL came on. I thought based prior reading its probably O2 sensor/spark plug boot/connector or vacuum related error due to VCG not sealing or not enough torque.

Then I came home planning on redoing the VCG job but ran a code scan on the Peake. To my surprise, codes below came up:

19 44 F5 - Secondary air system flow too low Cyl 1-3
19 44 F6 - Secondary air system flow too low Cyl 4-6

I now think it might related to the little hose that goes into one way valve on the photo below. I noticed it was very brittle - maybe it might have damaged while I was working on the VCG cover.

What do you think? Can this still be related to VCG itself or should I focus on troubleshooting the secondary air system and hoses?

SEARCH! Most all the people who have done their VCG have had this issue, that little hose runs to the back of the block, you were not careful and snapped it off its connection. Take out the cabin filter holder and reach back there till you find the nipple it goes on, put it back on, clear the code. And search

It could have a little crack just by the valve. Some have cracked the hard pipe. Although you might have pulled it out from behind the intake mani, I'm not so sure. Remove cabin air filter housing and you can see where it's plugged in in back...towards driver side. If it is that, you can easily(ish) remove the panel the cabin air filter housing screws into to get a little more room.

Also, some, like me, just replaced the entire line with a vac hose. So far, so good. That hard plastic pipe is pricey for what it is.

Also, hate to say that I remember one post where someone got that hose stuck under the vcg...and that would stop flow too...but obviously cause a leak too...so probably not that, but don't forget to check.
