Cars making weird noise...Bad pulley ? (Video Inside)
This just started making noise last week sometime.. Im pretty sure its a bad pulley ? But wanted to see if anyone else here had this problem and could help me identify it , scared to drive it anywhere.

It sounds like a pulley but if you have an auto it may be your fan clutch too. If you have not done your idler pulley, tensioner pulley, belts yet you are probably overdue. bad pulleys tend to have a kind of chirp to them and fan clutches tend to have kind of an off balance rotational sound

Bottom line is you are going to have to do a physical inspection first. There is no way around this. Spin the pulleys by hand. They should not make noise or spin freely like a caster wheel. It should have some resistance. Inspect your belt for cracks and wear. DIYs are on this site.
