Sedan one touch function not working!

Hey all my Bmw 323i's windows have been giving me grief lately. When i say that i am actually referring to my rear left window the one touch function works going down but wont work going back up i need to pull the switch all the way up just to get the window to start going up! i have brought new switches for both the front controls and on door controls replaced and still no luck! any ideas? maybe a way of resetting sedan windows?

Pinch protection possibly not working right?

Could be the window needs to be re-initialized?

Could be the switch in the gaskets is bad?

Usually to re-initialize you roll the window all the way down, pull up on the switch to close the window and continue to hold the switch for about 5 seconds once the window has closed, usually you need to do this 2 times??

Info should be in the owners manual for the sedan and coupe as I recall.

Convertible is a very different procedure for anyone else reading along.
