take some more pics in daylight. Those ones look like you have a secondhand bumper on the car already because of the light effect.

Fog lights are held on by one screw.

you will also need to get h11->9006 connectors for the foglights.

If I were them I'd tell you to pound sand on the cost of a replacement bumper. Little scuff an paint and it'll be fine.

Isnt there just a way to get halogen style fog lamps? instead of the xenon fog lights
