Plastic cable ties
Where can I get replacement cable ties? The ones which are at the front of the engine compartment have disintegrated due to the heat of the engine. Not the usual basic cable ties, but the ones which fit over the cable and then clip to the bodywork.
Thanks in advance. |

This is the sort of job best left to your local bmw dealer's parts guy.
Realoem.com will have PNs for every bmw part ever made. I suspect that what you're looking for is listed under 'vehicle electric.' I'll have a quick look and see what I can find for you. But, I have to say that you can probably figure out a way to make a regular zip tie work...and I, for one, won't report you to the authorities! brb maybe! That was easy...here you go! Try to calm yourself about how great fanatics is...and also, please use all these ties for only your car. Do not use them as personal binding devices! (Don't think I don't know what goes on out there!) Do I get a Marisa photo now? http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?...11&hg=61&fg=15
