well that wasn't as cool as I'd hoped

dreams were neither more vivid nor more interesting and my sleep wasn't better quality

still woke up several times and 2 of my dreams were that I was either late to work or at work without my badge

It's not the zinc in zma. It's the magnesium. Try taking that in its own and I'm guessing you'll have a much different experience than with zinc.

I've been taking magnesium for nearly a year now and never noticed anything. I'll try it with zinc and see what happens.

Probably not deficient in magnesium then. Getting back up to normal levels is what gives people the effect.

I take zinc supplement called PepZin for my stomach most of the time right before bed. I never really recall having too many dreams.

I eat rebar before I go to sleep. It helps cure mild indigestion.

Not that I can recall... I have zinc at home and take small quantities when I feel the flu/cold coming on. If I take one full tab my stomach gets upset. Usually take half... stuff works well.

I take ZMA every night before bed.

Makes 5-6 hours of sleep feel like 8-9. If you are dreaming it just means you are hitting REM sleep which is what your body requires to truly recover.

Use to take ZMA, and I thought I had more re****l sleeps, but didn't notice much of a difference when I stopped taking it. BTW, supposed to be taken on an empty stomach.

The extra magnesium can send you to the toilet though.....

I ordered a bottle of ZMA, should be here tomorrow. If it helps me sleep better, fantastic. Crazy dreams on top of that would just be icing on the cake.

You shouldn't have let him finish in your mouth.
