Yep. I take a ZMA (Zinc Magnesium Aspartate) supplement which helps me K.O a lot harder and helps support R.E.M sleep. Studies show it also helps muscle repair and growth....but none the less..

I DREAM THE WILDEST SH*T

Sometimes almost seeming psychedelic, half the time i won't remember the dreams but when i do they simply are crazy and make no sense

That's what I ordered and it got here today. I worked out today so if it does help repair muscle faster, even better.

Have you been sleeping with the windows open? The same thing happened to both me and my friend because we started sleeping with our windows open once it cooled down, and I camped out last weekend and it happened again.

lol, yeap. that must be it.

I did have a weird dream about seeing an s2k and an rx7 racing on the highway... then some guy pulled up beside them, stuck his whole upper body out the window and stared yelling at them for being reckless. then a guy on a ninja 250 pulled up and I thought it was my brother... then a guy on a hyabusa sped past him. A cop followed the hyabusa before accidentally running him over.

crazy.... but not more vivid than my normal dreams.

Nothing really out of the ordinary dream-wise, but what I did notice that when I woke up during the night my body would fall asleep faster while I was still somewhat conscious, which would make sense if it tends to give you more vivid dreams. I slept like a rock, too.

So the general consensus is that you get better quality sleep?

I'm definitely trying this out. I think I've slept 1 night the whole way through in my 20 years of life.
