1. The APA pre-dates the CIA by about 60 years. Maybe the CIA is just an APA puppet???
2. Yes, it definitely matters whether you have joes off the street or people that have prepared themselves well for BUD/s.
3. Are you asking about PTSD? In which case, you obviously need to read some current, peer-reviewed, literature in the psych field before you post anything more on the topic in general.
4. I'm not even sure why I'm in this thread. You're obviously denser than a brick.

How many other old german cars park at Langley with you? I'd check next time I'm in the neighborhood, but you can't see the parking lot from the road.

Since 1947. The CIA was created in 1947 in the text of the National Security Act of 1947. The OSS preceded the CIA.

The history of the intelligence world is not classified.

If you are gathering an interest in intelligence read The Craft of Intelligence by Allen Dulles. There are many good reads, but Dulles was an important figure in the CIA orgins.

I'll try to muddle through this and figure out what you're saying:
See above, CIA created in 1947, successor to the OSS. APA was formed in 1892. That's the American Psychological Association.

Yes, I am in the military, and can tell you from first hand experience that there is a big difference in a military school between the people that come prepared and the people that don't. But that's the same for anything that anybody anywhere ever does. Preparation leads to success.

3. PTSD and amputation recovery are the two number one focuses of military healthcare right now. I'm not sure why you were trying to say that the military isn't doing anything about "PTS" (mainly because PTS isn't an issue, everybody experiences it. It's when it becomes a "D" that it needs to be addressed.)

4. If you don't have anything intelligent to say, maybe don't create a thread next time?
