Blow Out and Blow Up

Driving lazy, 70 mph, see an object about the size of a salt shaker, too late. Left rear tire, BOOM, flapa, flapa, flapa, flapa. Penetrated tire through tread, then blew a hole through the Style 68 and spit out the wheel well taking some paint and plastic from the bumper facia with it.

Holy crap that's some serious wheel damage! Sad to see a style 68 wheel bite the dust. Glad you're OK. At 70mph it could have been much worse.
