Tire/Wheel newb..need help.

Bought a 2005 325i a few years ago as my first car after saving up for awhile. Havent really been around cars to much in my life so I dont know a lot of stuff..

I am trying to figure out what wheel and tire size will fit on my car. I am looking at getting the Avant Garde M310's in Matte Black, but I dont know what size to get.

I dont know whether to get them staggered, offset, and all of that ****.

My 2005 325i is completely stock, but I am getting the M-Tech II rear and front bumpers soon, so I dont know if I need to take that into account with size, or if they size of the bumpers wont affect the new tires/wheels.

I am going off of this AD on Craigslist, so I'd apperciate it if someone could take a look and help me out. Thanks

Current tire size is 205/55R16 91H

Do you know the difference between staggered and square?
Staggered typically looks better but you can't rotate them
