E46 325 Feeler, 2002 325i Wagon, VF Eng. SC, 5 Speed, Sport pkg

I've going back and forth debating about it but thought I post a feeler and go from there. I think an e46 enthusiast can appreciate it so.. here it is;

2002 BMW 325i Wagon, Gray with light gray leather interior, Sport Package, 5 speed manual, 110k miles. Other notable factory options, sunroof, HID's, HK sound system, non powered front seats.
Aftermarket or non original items;
VF Engineering V3 Supercharger, Bilstein PSS Coilovers, BMW Performance Short Shifter with alacantara boot, ZHP front brakes, ZHP muffler, zhp rear end(3.07), M3 steering wheel, BMW M3 Strut Brace, Z4M RTAB with limiters. Updated to Factory style 119 alloy wheels. Ipod interface by Dension(Ice Link). Window tint is 35% on sides and 25% rear. Still have Velocity VB3 if interested. Have most if not all original parts as well, from SC install, etc.

General History, from memory so:
Purchased car in 2008 with about 60k. Installed new Bilstein PSS kit shortly after. Installed SC around 80k. Well maintained through out. Aside from regular maintenance, RTAB 90k, replaced right rear window(85K) regulator and updated sunroof shade guide(109K).

Overall condition I rate it an 8 out of 10. A few dings but nothing serious. Clean CA title without any accidents.

The car runs perfect, never had any issues aside from the typical ones, window regulator, sunroof shade. Both have been fixed and sunroof even updated. Rear Toe Bushing with stiffener done.

Again this is a feeler and I hope to find the right buyer for this rare car. I'm looking to get around $14k for it. PM if you are serious with phone number.

Just remembered I also upgraded front brakes to ZHP or 330 brakes along with Akebono pads.

I also have Factory Euro Tail Lights, clear side and corners lenses. Vinyled the chrome window trim.

Beautiful car. I would be all over it but looking for N/A.

NA even with manual tranny was boring. 180 stock horses didn't cut it for me. This car handles the power well and should come from the factory this way!

A little history on the car,
Its my daily driver and never been tracked. I bought it around 60k and installed sc around 80k. The car has not been driven hard as I use it to hall my daughter and still has stock clutch. All services up to date. Basic tune up soon due to VF advises to half the schedule.

Soon as I get a chance to wash and clean it I'll shoot some pics. Again feeler to see anyone is interested. No surprises here, it has a clean title, CA car since new, and rate it overall a 8 out of 10.

Wheels. I still have the Velocity VB3's. They are staggered 18" wheels. The tires on the 18" are General's and still have a fair amout of tread.

The 17" wheels(style 119) ride better and car feels more responsive. The tires on there are Michelins. Also have a fair amount of tread left.
