Five year loan with a 20k trade-in on my 330i over a 320d with a couple options. Without actually researching it, about 40k spread over 5yrs with a relatively low repayment ignoring eventual value.

Personally I would never pay $250 p/w on car repayments, by the time you calculate at least $80-100 for a full tank of petrol each week, insurance expenses and general maintenance, the average earner would be splurging half their weeks income.
Maybe there's something I'm missing :-\

What did you get added to it besides 19's and sunroof! Good choice of colour too. Auto or manual? Quote:
Fair share of incompetence to get a mass produced order out by 3 months Yeah there was baking of cupcakes involved and buttsecks. Not necessarily in that order.... or any order at all, actually haha thanks Nath, the sad thing is that there was not one ounce of overexaggeration in it. It started taking off with likes etc and then died, probably coz it takes like 10 mins to read the freaking thing Nah not right man, you are either getting dlcked with price of the car, plus interest rate etc. is there a balloon payment at the end?

I think VW's fair share policy is to short supply to drive up the price and fairly share the profits between them and the dealer at the expense of the purchaser.
PS: nice car sherweeeeeeeeeeny |

Thanks Dwayne,
Yeah, I found a cancelled order Golf R, black with sunroof, manual, 19's, nav, leather and reverse camera- which was actually everything I was after for a Golf R. Went to VW Sutherland to get the VW experience (of shlt). Guy was a wanker, told me that I would not be able to drive it as its a very rare car and they want to make sure the person that buys it is really the only one that has driven it. I asked him why the sidwall on a car with 20km was so aggressively worn. After I pointed out to him that the passenger door card was defective because it was in cloth, I thanked him for wasting my time and went to leave. Then he decided to let me drive it. I never actually got out of the torque hole because he was an ass which put me off the car big time. About a week later I got a follow up call. I stupid offered only 10k lower than their asking price 57 as opposed to 67, and he told me I should look at a GTI. I asked if they are at all negotiable? He said no way, these things are way too popular for that. Told him not to worry as I was just going to buy a 328i. He told me to enjoy my family car and I told him to enjoy his hatchback. Im sure VW salespeople are making a killing though atm

getting mid 9's per 100kms, between 6-650 per tank which is ridiculous given the driving style I have got.

That's pretty impressive... I have to be a good boy to get 400kms from my tank! Perhaps its time to make the step up to an F30.. :o

I was getting mid 14s/100km with the e46. Settled around 10.5/100km with the 328. I actually expected it to be lower.

Brisbane.... thats all i need to say. Here in the shlt states, we have most the population entering and living here which creates natural traffic, then we have the government taking out major arterial road lanes in which produce more traffic on toll free roads which in turn shoves a sharp pole up our rear ends
