New Euro Tray Part Help - is it split?

Thinking of getting a replacement eurotray -
I have the Eurotray - and a small square compartment behind it
The Eurotray is the part that is damaged on my car (the small compartment behind is fine) - this is what it looks like

on Ebay they are selling just the euro tray component (no compartment behind it). Can the tray be seperated? Do I only need this part (see below image) - or do I need the whole piece (see image above).

Your help as always most appreciated !
Thank you !

Coin tray and cup holder are separate parts, you can take them apart easily.
But if I were you, I'd get one above. Single piece=less rattling noise.

The closing tray part is broken - hence it will not close -
not so bad to live with - but a new one would look nice!

I'd go with the top piece also. On a seperate note, I've been really considering going with a Euro-tray, but don't know if it's better then the cupholders...so conflicted!

Realize that this is genuine BMW part (#51167038333) that you should be able to order through your local dealer. ECS just has wonderful pictures (and great service in the states) so I like to link to them.
