Angel/Halo lights inquiry

So I found about angel eyes/halo lights about two months ago and every since I've wanted them. I've seen some pictures of some really good looking ones and others not so appealing. I was also told that some of them you can change to different colors with a controller. I read a quick diy on them and it looks like a tidy project. I want to know what kind of angel eyes/halo lights are the best. Also, I heard that doing that can cause or at least increasing the chances of electrical problems. Any tips, input, personal experience, etc. is appreciated. Thanks.

Umnitza is the bomb stuff, eBay might be cheaper, but you might as well get high quality. The bitterness of high price leaves much quicker than the bitterness of **** quality.
