I haven't had resprayed but that's not saying it hasn't. I would have to get a paint meter on it to know for sure.

Neither ferrous nor non-ferrous substrate so a paint meter couldn't tell you.

There you have it, I would never had known that.

Thanks for the compliments, yours is extremely nice as well. I'll own another down the road and it's going to be silver gray. I'm done with black cars for now. I have a hell of time keeping up with this and my 4.8is which is also black.

Yeah, if you're a perfectionist like me it's hard to have a black car, even if you're a hobbyist detailer. Despite mine being silver gray, I wasn't happy with the orange peel so I wetsanded the whole car (using a paint meter to check depths, hence knowing the bumper is unreadable). I couldn't imagine how anal I'd be with black.

Despite this, yours looks very well kept and a cheap/easy respray of the bumper would make it look almost new. If I was in the market, I'd be giving you a phone call.
