e46 323i 2.5 125kw rough idle misfire

I got problem with my car.
By most of the times i stop at stoplight, my car is idleing bad and cuts off fuel injection on cylinder #4
I had the codes read in local dealers
The codes were P0304 and P0306
I have checked for vacuum leaks, swapped MAF checked the CCV, cleaned ICV, cleaned throttle body, checked plugs and coils and boots (swapped them around, the problem stayed in cyl #4) I also had the camshaft sensor replaced.
There is no smoke etc..
Sometimes the car runs fine.. and by fine i mean great. I know it sound weird, but yeah, sometimes the car runs so smooth its hard to tell if the car is running at all.
Any suggestions?

Does that nr 11 vac hose need to attatch to something? I got that just layin somewhere between the engine. The itp of it seems like it has been torn off of something..

edit: Oh.. it has to be connected to the CCV... I'll get new hose tomorrow and see if that helps.
