Radio and climate control acting up

Two nights ago I left my sunroof open and my passenger side window open. It rained pretty hard and was surprised when I came out to my car. I grabbed a towel and wiped off my electronics and my seats and so on. I drove my car home that night and the radio and climate control screens were all orange and did not display anything. I parked my car in my parents garage and allowed it to dry over night. Everything except the carpets was dried out. So I moved my car outside to get more sunlight and continue drying. Today I needed to use that car and noticed some things did not work (the screens on radio and climate control work just fine). My buttons on my steering wheel did not change the radio station. None of the buttons on my radio worked besides the volume nob. I can't turn off my radio or do anything. I also noticed that none of the LED indicator lights worked on my climate control worked. So when I got to my job I checked the 7 and 41 fuse that were ok. On my way home from work my traction control light came on the dash. I have just unplugged my batter and letting it sit for 10 minutes. Are there any other fuses I should check? Should I try pulling the radio out and checking the fuses behind the radio? I'm okay with the lights out working in the climate control I just want a radio to work! Thank you very much for all your help!
