New
I'm new to both BMWs and Michigan. Just moved out here in August and decided to get rid of my modded 1.8T. I was looking at E46s in general but all my friends convinced me that with my personality, I wouldn't be satisfied with anything less than an M3. I wound up getting a completely stock 2002 M3 with 75,000 miles out of Wisconsin.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I've got too many cars right now so the middle one is for sale. ![]() I plan to keep it stock for quite a while, maybe just a tint and a short shifter until it's paid off. Last edited by landstuhltaylor; 10-20-2012 at 09:23 AM. |

Even the Jetta feels it. Doesn't want to get too close!

I agree 100%, just got my first BMW, not the M3, just the 325i sports and it gives me chills/makes me happy every day: ) Congrats on the car bro!!! BTW, I agree on staying stock for a while, good call!!

Welcome! Keep your Jetta, Sell the thing on the far left! I also had a 1.8t but it was an Audi. Traded that for an MK6 GTI and I picked up a Carbon Black 05' M3 a few months ago!

I wish I could keep my Jetta VR6. I had to leave the country to go get my MBA in France. So the Jetta sat for a little over a year, got back and it needed a new clutch, camshaft sensor, etc. that car just isn't professional enough so I got the bummer.

![]() I'm the guy who decided a 1.8T with a bigger turbo was a good idea and instead of fixing the broken AC and radio in the Camaro, I just ripped them out completely. I just want to get out of debt and get further along on the SM/CP Camaro build before I start piecing together my own turbo setup. No way I'm paying the insane prices for the kits that are out there. |
