Need help wiring LED angel eyes

I ordered a pair of Halo projector headlights from ebay, which came with no harness for the angel eyes only a black and red wire. What is the best way about going to install them? Can I possibly intall them without a harness? Any help would be great.

Black to GROUND
Red to any switch. I chose parking light switch.

But, to answer your question, no you do not need a harness.

I had to wire mine right out of the switch on the dash. i didn't seem to have any problems with the turn indicators.
I have also heard that you can get a fuse box adapter and tap into an fuse circuit (a few bucks at Auto Zone). They say to tap the auxiliary power fuse. im pretty sure this will keep the angel eyes on at all times that the key is in the 2nd position, But havent tried this method.
