Airbag Light??????

So I just changed the sensor inthe passenger side airbag and the seat pressure sensor. These were the only bad sensors having to do with the airbag, yet the stupid light will not go off. Any ideas on how to get this light to go off?

Thanks in advance

Awesome!!! Thanks for the tip. Quick question, it looks like these are just airbag tools. Are there any tools that are for all codes?

Yes there are but for some strange reason, the one that resets airbags is its own special tool. This sounds like sarcasm but I can assure you, I'm being honest. I don't understand the need for a separate device for airbags but that's the way it goes. Check BavAuto.com. They have several different code readers available on their site and their customer service is great. I've been a customer for 8 years. No complaints.

Hey man, since you've done this swap and live in my area, would you mind helping me change my pressure sensor some time? Mine is slowly dying. Did you have any trouble taking the seat apart?

The Torque app actually speaks to you!!

It announces when the car is up to temperature and it will also read out the codes and descriptions!!

The Torque Pro app and the ELM327 ODB Bluetooth adapter together are about $25!! Best $25 scan tool going.

Zell, I would let you know that getting to the actual sensor is a massive pain. Well first, is your set automatic or manual? Either way, I would recommend a bypass rather than a complete change. The leather has to come off and the cushion replaced. A bypass is cheaper, quicker, and easier.
