Softop/hardtop

I'm looking at purchasing a hardtop for my 325ci , will it just clip right on or is there anything else I need to purchase to make it fit ?

It should fit right on. Most European verts came with the hardtop installation kit right from the factory. Just slide the small covers back and look to see if they are installed and you are good to go.

On my third uk vert and the same hardtop has been sprayed and used on all, you will see 2 wee square shaped covers near where the covers slide back, gently prise them off and you will see where the pins on the hardtop locates

@Paul...Here are pics of my left & right sides with the small plastic covers removed showing the Hardtop prep kit I installed yesterday in my '05 330Cic. The earlier E46's allows for these covers to slide back. The later models 'pop' out. In either case, you should see the hardtop locking ports installed with the electrical contact on top. If you don't have these, you will need to order the prep kit. BTW, Taylor192 has a kit for sale here http://www.e46fanatics.com/forum/sho...8#post14844658
