Feeler: 2004 E46 M3, low miles!!
Took a lot for me to decide whether or not to go through with this but here it is....
Thinking of selling my 2004 BMW M3 with 31,676 miles. 6 speed. I bought it in June of 2005 with 13,000 miles on it, so in 7 years I've put only close to 19,000 miles on it. From what I understood when I purchased it, the M3 was corporate leased to someone for about a year. So technically I am the second owner. Clean record, no accidents, Clean original title. The M3 has been garage kept every winter and in the summer I only use it on the weekends. I've done some mods to it but nothing crazy. here is a list of what it has: Vorsteiner Double sided CF Hood Vorsteiner CF front lip Vorsteiner Double sided CF Trunk Vorsteiner rear diffuser Vorsteiner CF Side skirts CF fender grills HID Fog lights Interior trim painted same color as car (not spray painted) Agency power TT Exhaust Volk racing TE-37 wheels (powder coated flat black) Service has been done every year, I don't base it on miles because it doesn't do enough a year. I might have receipts somewhere but I can get a record of the vehicle from the BMW Dealer. Last time I took it to the dealer was in March 2012, service and inspection was done, everything came out good. I really don't want to sell the M3, its just one of those situations where the money will make my life a little easier but I have a lot of sentimental value to it which is why it's so hard to sell. If I get what I want then I'll be happy. Posting up some pics now, if it was to sell I'll have it detailed for the buyer. The Bad: There are some scratches on the rear right fender, this happened back in 2006. Parked at the mall, when I came out noticed it. I had a decal covering it this whole time but had to remove it because it starting coming off. There are also scratches on the hood, the left front corner; these are not noticeable because of the decal. Again, parked somewhere and when I come out, surprise! Scratches on my hood. Had to be some retard that has nothing better to do but to damage someone else's property. Also, the leather on the shifter is starting to peel; this is normal wear and tear. Asking $27,500.00 FIRM I would appreciate opinions and comments; this is not an invite for people to be negative or rude. Like I said I really don't want to sell it, but if I can get what I want then I will. Anyone really interested, PM me, offers won't hurt. Thanks for your time. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

nice car! Its going to be tough to get the 30,000 though. Try advertising elsewhere if you want to get close to your asking price. I used autotrader.

Original cosmetics i still have are the sideskirts, fog lights, grills and exhaust.
Yea I can see I'm going to have a hard time getting the $30,000. I'm going to have to post this up elsewhere and also maybe consider coming down a bit.....

No plans to paint the hood or the trunk. The Decal on the corner of the hood was done that way on purpose, its the M logo colors.

You put some high quality aftermarket pieces on it, but it may be tough getting your price that way.
I think if you put the car back to stock and sell the pieces separately, you may get your money out of it. In stock form, this car will be a pristine low mileage example with excellent service history and care and you should get top dollar for it amongst all 2004-2005 M3s out there. It's unfortunate, but the aftermarket pieces detract from the value a bit. That's just my opinion, of course. |
