Holiday Price Drop: $200

Purchased this hood from a member of E46Fanatics who stated it was for a pre-facelift coupe. It fit, but not perfectly. I believe this hood is for a pre-facelift sedan.

THE GOOD:
Mounting locations for hinges, hood shocks, spring stops, latch, hood emblem, etc.
All threads are good
Nice big weave carbon fiber
Clear coat in good condition
Unbeatable price!

THE BAD:
Chipped passenger rear corner from previous owner (small)
Small scratches

Good luck with the sale. I'm in the same position as you. Bought the hood from another fanatic, but I sold it to another fanatic. He said it didn't fit right, so I just assumed it is for a sedan.

I will find out for sure when it gets warmer. I'm going to test it on my coupe and a friends sedan.

I have a cf pre-facelift coupe hood for sale if you need one. Too bad the one you have isn't for a facelift'd sedan. I would trade you if that were the case.

I would trade you if that were the case. __________________ Headers, TMS sways, TMS solid subframe/diff bushings, HPF Subframe Plates, BBS RX224s, 25mm spacers, H&R rears, DNA fronts, coupe front lip, CAI, trunk lip, racing front seats. Flat black headlight internals, hood "v", and kidneys. Deleted SAP, muffler, and armrest. 5 speed swap soon.
