Saw this gem this morning from a girl I went to high school with in my home town. What a sheep.

"I just want to say that I am pretty appalled at (Blank) township and the way they handle a crisis. Why don't they open up the fire stations to provide water to its towns people? The most they can offer is non-potable water. My father asked a cop today what should he should do, considering, we have no electricity and a well.. Which means no water. The cop shrugged. Really? When I called the municipal building the dispatcher was not even made aware of the Morris County Alert System! This should be a lesson learned that regardless of catastrophe or not, (Blank) should be providing more to its population then stinkin' non potable water. What about blankets? Water? Food? Something?

Sincerely,
A disturbed citizen of (Blank)"

In recent days, this one takes the cake:

__________________
----------
The word "there" can appear as a pronoun, as in “over there."

"Their" is a possessive pronoun. In a phrase like “Susan and Bill's car,” it could be used to to make a new phrase: “their car.”

”They're” is a contraction of “they are.” “They are” should always be able to replace “they're.”
-----------
Extra Credit: It's "I'm looking for an M3"
not "I'm looking for a M3".

Some dumb beaver that my wife is friends with on FB posted up that she was 3 months pregnant with her 3rd child and now they can make it facebook official. (she's roughly 25, unemployed, 3 different fathers for 3 different kids, on welfare/food stamps/etc. and is a STAUNCH republican that bitches about people who abuse welfare....hilarious). Someone commented on this status that they saw her drinking a few beers last Saturday at a bar, so she responds with "I know, but I was really stressed and just needed it.....I feel so guilty!"

Seriously?

*I don't have a screen shot because the girl is one of my wifes friends.

Facebook would be a whole lot cooler if you could respond to people's posts with what you really think. I mean you could, but just as in face to face conversation, there would be consequences for doing so.

Maybe there needs to be a National Facebook Honesty Day.

all those "My baby is 12 hours old, and has just undergone his/her third cell division"
"My baby is 13 hours old, another cell division is coming soon!"
"My baby is 14 hours old..."

I don't care what your fetus is doing right now. Leave me out of it.

North Jersey. The town has already cleared the roads and resumed garbage service. Power is being restored asap. Stellar response IMO, this donkey just wants to b!tch since she didn't prepare for a storm we saw coming 2 weeks in advance.

how about we share with eachother, when these stupid people make posts, what their names are. We can then comment (honestly) on eachother's friends and be completely anonymous. That way they'll just think you are a random person.

"Extremely content," followed by "I hate life" posts within a couple days of each other.

Girls that post sh1t on their friends' walls and should be texting it.

People that 'share' dumb sh1t

Anything with a hash tag

People that post about their kids 50 times a day

This. Hashtags make me want to run over people with a concrete truck, back up, and dump the load of concrete on them.

Facebook is incredible right now. Some people bitc hing about no power, others posting pics of houses in the ocean. I feel like some of these folks need to calm down.
