I didn't realize it was the Mischief crew. They drive like a$$holes and deserve to go to court. However, VA cops are known to be pretty ridiculous as well. Nothing wrong with getting some twisties action as long as you don't endanger those around you

I was under the impression Mischief was only known FOR endangering themselves and others by driving recklessly on public roads...

Dustin is a really nice guy but they do some questionable stuff.

Driving fast on public roads and endangering others are two different things. That said they do drive pretty recklessly from what I've seen.

That's what happened on Sunday morning when police in Highland and Augusta Counties stopped 15 sports cars and charged the drivers with speeding and reckless driving.

"Some of the people involved in this [event] were involved in street racing in the past," he said.

Apparently, busting a U-turn in the middle of a two lane road when you see cops ahead is a bad idea.
Nothing concrete in the article, except the u-turn.

Ross said the group was speeding, cutting other drivers off and passing over double yellow lines from Va. 262 then traveling west on U.S. 250 through Churchville.

Gotcha. I am curious whether the officer got that information from actually seeing it, or just from peopple calling it in. Not that I don't believe the people calling it in given it is the Mischief group.

Also, *flame suit on* I do believe there are plenty of places to safely pass over double yellows. Again, based on mischief's reputation I would expect them to make the passes even in unsafe areas

Just watch early 2000's mischief videos.. crossing double yellows is hardly a "big deal" in those videos. (they're doing farrrr worse)

Yeah I realize that but I don't see how the can impound their cars assuming that they have no hard evidence
