Besides...a 2.5ltr bmw engine is a MUCH better platform than any honda...and you see those fools pushing 400hp with ebay turbos all day long. So your only limited by your imagination/budget.

It would be more cost effective to buy a second car and put it at your destination so it seems like you got there sooner. $7k into a 325 might net 50-75 HP. Maybe.
Better off with light weight wheels and tires,no spare tire and call it done.
