Possible Clutch Adjustment Needed???

As I am sure is the case of most of your cars, my M3 has a minor bit of vibration in the clutch when driving it, but recently I have noticed a bit more vibration then normal. My father borrowed my car the other day and the first thing he said when I got it back was the clutch was vibrating to much and I need to adjust the clutch. I've been looking around a bit and cant seem to find to much on the subject. There is only 36k miles on the car, is it possible this increase in vibration is a call for an clutch adjustment? I have no problem tackling the project, I just want to make sure its the case before I start to rip things apart. In some things I found people said it also maybe that the clutch or flywheel may have uneven surfaces, any possibility to that being the case? Thanks in advance.

when are you getting the vibration? when its fully engaged or when you are slipping it.
if its a gazed flywheel due to overheating, you will get this bad vibration when you slip it. almost feels like the transmission is gonna fall out of the car.
