foglight Harness swap

Can I just swap my ripped fog light wiring with a foglight harness from an 01 330ci? I have a 328ci and the foglight harness and bulb got ripped off leaving me with just the loose wire ends

I thought as much but when I look at my passenger side theres all these connections (HID KIT) aside from just a harness for the 9006 bulb ...all those extra connections is from the HID KIT? ...

The FACTORY harness is the same. A hid kit is plug and play and plugs into the factory plug.

Cut the wires, solder/splice on the wires from the other car and enjoy.
