New Guy with Vert repair kit question
Do any of you know if the E36 convertible repair kit for the "rear bat wings" work on a E46? They look mighty similar and the E36 kit is way cheaper. Thanks for the help.

I don't know anyone who's tried it, but the part numbers are different. I bought the batwing kit and sold the other side (kit includes both sides).

On my E36 I just pulled out the whole headliner. Never missed it after that, and no more worries about future repairs.
