Drivebelt flew off

So driving to redbox with my girlfriend got maybe a mile from the house and battery light came on then temp gauge shot over towards red and white smoke began to bellow from under the hood. I turned the car off where she sat in the turning lane popped the hood and my drivebelt had decided it didn't want to work anymore. Funny thing is I just replaced it about 150 miles ago maybe. Even funnier is the belt didn't break its still intact just popped off, any guesses? I'm guessing my tensior or idler pulley aren't doing too well but just wanted anyone else's non sarcastic or demeaning opinions thank you

Sad pic, and the coolant drained on the ground

I would guess the water pump failed given the fact that you also have coolant leaking

Coolant is a result of cracked ET but replaced the idler and tensioner pulleys today idler was showing signs of uneven wear and the tensioner bearings were shot completely could that be the cause of the belt flying off though?
