Eagle eye tailights too bright

So I've come to the conclusion that my tailights are really bright and blinding people when I brake. In your guys opinion should I smoke my tailights? With film or spray? Thanks

Anyone?

They're bright because the pattern over the leds is not uniform and allows the light to bleed through directly.

That's good. You can blind the people with HIDs. This way, they blind you and you blind them.

Lol. Yeah I hate when ricers and trucks blind me with their headlights, especially since I have the anti glare side mirrors. I think I'm going with the film and just cover the brake light area. Anyone have experience with the lamin-x tailight films? Looking into that, and how dark should I go? Thanks guys

Update: never mind the tint idea, my friend reassured me that it's not too bright and plus I have a black car. It's the only thing that keeps me visible at night also increases visibility during the day.
