Or if you're driving an M3, downshift floor it switch lanes shoot the gap and live happily ever after.

The damage is minimal and you should be thankful for that. It's also great that the avalanche was okay and the two of you just shook and parted ways.

Now you need to hunt down the frs driver and piss on his rims.

A couple of months ago I rear ended a dumbass driver. he was pulling out from an intersection WITH NO CARS ON THE ROAD then stopped as I was creeping forward and double checking for traffic. Luckily it just scuffed my front bumper strip, same on his pt cruiser. :coolstoryiknow:

But seriously. He got out and was apologizing to me and said he was on his phone, texting.
If there was any damage done I now it would've been my fault.

Can't really comment on your situation OP...hard to say who is really at fault.

I hate scion drivers though. They are somehow always thinking they can 'beat' me when I am rolling in my M3.

That'd have worked too if you had quickly checked your mirrors before stomping on the gas pedal. Good drivers you and me

He saw my car but couldn't react as fast. The Avalanche was a typical Philly car, so he didn't care too much because it was more minor paint damage than anything on his side. The problem was that he didn't see the red car until it sped away, after I hit him; and even then he thought that he was rear ended when I hit him so focus wasn't on the FR-S.
