M3 rims on 323i rears are rubbing

Just bought a 323i the stock rims were jacked and caused extreme wobbling, so i bought these M3 rims off from a local classified. The issue is that the rear tires are rubbing against the fender when i do a sharp turn and hit a bump. Hopefully someone can assist me on how to fix the problem.

M3 rear rims are too agressive for non M cars. I have read that a fender roll or fender pull might be enough, but I am not sure. Maybe a more narrow tire might help.

You may also need smaller tires in addition to rolling the fenders.
