smg clutch vs 6mt clutch

i am wondering if there is a difference in the clutch between the smg and 6mt gearbox

i see that uuc ltw comes all the same e34 m5 clutch

because i ordered a used uuc ltw flywheel with its clutch

i am at least sure that this will fit without any issue in my car

Same gearbox same clutch. Only different way of actuating it. Lots of noobs think smg is automatic lol.

Why would you get a used clutch and flywheel?

No. Most of your cost will be in labor, so why put in a used unit that might save you a couple hundred dollars at best? Even if it saves you more initially, it is a false economy to replace parts that are subject to wear with parts that have already been worn.
