Exclamation OBC fuel gauge problems

OBC showing 46km to go, runs out of petrol? Happened about half a dozen times, always between 16 - 50km "to go".... any idea how to reset it when the tank is empty? Fuel gauge also shows yellow light on, but the needle isn't at the bottom - it corresponds with the obc reading....

Is this a problem with the computer, or with the actual fuel system??

You may need a fuel pump and fuel filter?

Read the 2nd link below in my signature and also read the Hidden OBC Menu and you can read the level in each half of your fuel tank.

Happened to me. The level sensor is going bad. I was able to cure it by running a bottle of Chevron Techron every oil change but the fuel gauge eventually started to fail again.
