How to remedy this?

I just bought a m3 and this is what is going on w the driver side angel eye. How so I go about fixing this??

The solder joint is bad on the back of the circuit board or the connection from the ring to the wire harness is bad. If you have only one positive and ground wire for both angel eyes on one side then it's the solder issue. You can fix it by taking out the old solder from the back of the ring and put in new.
