Have problem with my 330ci ssg(smg).
Gearbox went wrong long time ago .
Garage who work with it done more damage to it , now I'm concern if they swap my gearbox for different one.
My question is : can I trace original parts fit into my car by BMW ? Like kind of ID?

I'm not asking for parts number , I'm asking if BMW identified every gearbox or engine ... So look at this number u can say :yes gearbox is original or replaced .

Oh, that wasn't clear in your original post.

I'm pretty sure they do with components as major as the transmission. They do it with the engines, I think. I don't know where to look though. I'm sure your transmission is original though. The SMGs are just the 6 speed manual with hydraulics strapped to it to actuate the clutch and gear changes. The transmission doesn't tend to break, just the SMG actuators.

My car is 2002, so gearbox is SSG - 5 gears

I'm pretty sure the transmissions have VIN tags on them, just like the engines. Unfortunately, I'm not sure where to look.

So I think you have a Steptronic gearbox, not a Sequential Manual gearbox. In that case, you probably have the ZF transmission, but I can't tell you if yours is original.

I would think BMW would know exactly which gearbox went in which car. Call the dealer and ask.
