BMW gives "tow package" a whole new meaning

Thinking of keeping the beamer inside for the winter? Watch this clip and think again. The intelligent and powerful transmission of the BMW xDrive puts even a snowcat to shame.

Eat your heart out Triple A.

Raised eye brow. Ummm.....me thinks that is all marketing and no truth.

Loved my former 325xi and love my current X3, but yeah....doubt I'll be pulling a 5 ton snow cat anytime soon.

BMW X-Drive has always been severely criticized for failing to handle snow and mud. Correct me if I am wrong.

You may be right that X-Drive is criticized but we don't have X-Drive!

I think ours is called: "Preparation-H Drive".

Go down to your local dealer and ask him if a snowcat tow could be part of your test drive?!
