compatible OEM rearview mirrors?

Anyone have a list (or at least one) of known OEM rearview mirrors that are compatible with E46 convertibles? (other than ones from E46's of course)

The one I have, 2004 325ci with auto-dim & SOS & GTO, has failed and needs to be replaced. At a minimum, want one that will still do keyless entry.

I have heard the newer mirrors will work, but anyone tried it with a E46 convertible? Any issues with the electronics working/not working?

thank you

Where did you get yours from? Motorwerks told me I needed the whole thing which could be around $500 or get one from ebay (as the tech whispered).

i got my glass replaced, i sent my whole mirror to Sybesmas, it took about a week from when i sent it to get it back. make sure you call them first to make sure they have your glass in stock and ask any questions you might have. i was going to get a replacement too but it was just way to much money for a mirror. if you do send yours in youll have to use your key to unlock the car till you hook your mirror back up for the keyless entry.

yes, the auto-dim has failed, as has GTO. Sybesmas will replace the glass, but wont fix the GTO...

Check with radar-mirror.com. They do glass for $99. I would think they could fix other stuff too.

Based on some searches I did a while back, these are two Homelink vert mirror part numbers:

51 16 4 363 976
51 16 8 254 060

Does anyone know if the E88 convertible rear view mirror is compatible with the E46 M3 convertible?
